I tried to click on the support ticket but i got a MySql error. My mailbox for some reason is not registering when I read new messages and thus my message wiating indicator is always on unless I delete the new messages.

Help please.

I am able to mark them as "read" manually however.

I don't know if this is related, but I have a 'you've got mail' voice going on and on, and see nothing new in there : )
The 1 Unread message is BOLD but is there some problem somewhere?

Hopefully this will be fixed soon. I, too, have that voice telling me "You've got frickin' mail!", lol.

I see this is an older post but it just started happening to me today. I keep getting the audio reminders that I have mail. When I go to my private messages there are no new messages. Also states I have 1 unread message in the upper right of the screen but...

Seems the issue has arised again. Our tech is working on the issue. Should be fine in a few hours, but i will post when it is updated and working.

It hasn't been fixed for me. After submitting a ticket I was told to disable PM sounds in the user CP. I did that and of course I no longer am getting the audios but that doesn't seem like a fix to me. Takes care of the symtoms but not the problem. It also still shows I have 1 private message unread which I don't.

Is anyone still looking at this or is it considered a dead issue?
