heres a question, what is the strategy here as far as buying a name like that which sony would prob have tm'ed? I am trying to learn more about buying sites that have tm issues bc I have a bunch in my portfolio that i am unsure if I should delete or not due to tm issues. PM me if you feel like answering a question or two and helping a noob out.

But besides my personal domain tm issues, can you just buy things with PS Arc in tehm and avoid tm issues, how does that work?

Arc is a dictionary term and it could be an acronym too. It all depends on what you use the domain for.
