I got an email a month or so ago saying I had a new Premier/Senior Account Manager... whatever it is. I don't use or need an account manager much, but thought it was good.

About a week ago I emailed the person concerning my account.

No response.

Moniker, WTF are you doing? Seriously.

I have dealt with my rep several times in the last two weeks and receive prompt replies. There are still issues with support, but I can say since I received that email my rep has gone above and beyond my expectations.

Now if we can just get Moniker to offer pricing to compete with Fabulous or Godaddy
