The guy's a moron: emails me about Polish *.info.pl and German (.de) domains of com/net/org that I own.

This is the kind of unsolicited bullshit spam that gives domain investors a bad name.

I get that kind of unwanted annoying crap every day but my question is how in the world do they do it since the ISPs have zero tolerance spam policies? What is their secret to sending spam without the accounts getting shut-down?

Since hosting providers like Hostgator also have zero spam policy it seems like a lot of work opening and setting up new hosting accounts.

I have messed with this guy a couple times, pretending I am interested, he responds rather quickly... I just drag it on for weeks then tell him I was just kidding. He got really upset one time and had the guts to tell me what I did was unethical. I got to find those emails.
