Sedo appears to be all hype if you go by posts on this board.....look like sedo is out of touch with reality or may be just horrible customer service.

did Brad Tilley left Sedo, havent heard from him for a long time now. I wrote him couple of emails as he is my account manager but no reply so far.

He is still with sedo.
He will reply in 1 or 2 weeks with a lame excuse.

How can a company simply ignore the harkening call of its loyal clients?! Today was another day of poor performance at Sedo!!

I vote horrible customer service. For a company with 7 digit domains in their fold, you'd think they'd hire reps with IQ's over 40....BTW the average dog needs at least 50 to bark...but they answer when you call them and they're loyal, something this (Sedo) company isn't....

I recently put 500 or so of my domains with Sedo (a return against my instinct but was contacted by them). It started off relatively well until I pointed out inconsistancys in the their system (how come suddenly I get exactly the same number of visitors for so many domains hour after hour?).

Anyway 2 emails and a call this week have gone unanswered so I guess things are just the same as they were 6 months ago, I'm just glad it was only 500 domains, and that was a pain, imagine if it had been my entire portfolio, I would be screaming at the thought of transferring them yet again.

Anyway I guess I do owe David Thorpe of Sedo.co.uk a vote of thanks, if it wasn't for his and Sedo's actions I would not have decided to develop some of my domains. Now Sedo will not earn a penny from them. (Oh, and David should you read this, those two domains I mentioned to you last week - the adult ones - I got them!)

No Wot, you're definitely not alone. It's a sentiment shared among many others. And God knows how many others that don't speak up, not having a clue what's going on.

The stats show just fine.

That is, they show a revenue drop of 40% on Friday when your system was down. They show a drop of 60% in today's earnings - my worst day in the past 8 or 9 months.

So what exactly will you fix for us?

the auction system by the way looks like the afternic one..same problems..not one domain without a dillusional reserve price.....let them start at a price they pick, not that same old reserve nonsense game...

Sedo should work a lot harder at customer service response time.
Emails take way too long to get responses to.
Not only this, but bid comment approval time could use improving.
You guys need to push comments through much faster - or better yet, make a "trusted members" list, and if your on it, your comments go through immediately, but can randomly be spot checked.
