Appraisals please. Not mine, but am thinking about making an offer. Any valuations would be appreciated.

It's interesting that the WhoIs shows the owner in Sarsota, Florida. I happened to be a news anchor on the ABC-TV station in Sarasota in the late 70's and early 80's and our 6 & 11pm newscasts were called NewsWatch. It was changed later but I wonder if that is where the registrant got the idea. NewsWatch is still used as the name of many local news programs, but NewsWatch.org might be better for a news watchdog group. There are several of those around. Depending upon the type of buyer I think it could be worth anywhere from $100-$500.

Hey Duke,

Is that reseller or retail pricing?

Thanks,

Dr

Retail Doc. Most likely to go on the low end of my range I would think. But if you found a TV station using Newswatch as their 6pm news brand, you might be able to sell it toward the high end. Several media outlets use .org (though .com would still be preferrable to them). Reseller would be right in your range I would think.
