I am planning for the next Live Auction and want to get your opinion as far as date and time is concerned.

Let me know what would be the best day and time for the next auction.

Just post date(Monday-Sunday) and time.

Thanks,
John

I suggest Sept 7th...Its a sunday and maybe have it at 12pm EST....thats 9am PST and early evening for the people in Europe ( I belive) also here in the US Sept 1st is a holiday so that weekend would be bad...

Just my 2 cents

I agree Sunday is a good time and even though I wouldn't like noon (busy Sunday mornings) I think that would be the best time for everyone, it would be late afternoon / early evening for Europe and late night (but not all-night late) for people in the far-east (China, Hong Kong, Japan etc..). The only group here who would be hurt the most by this time would be people in south-central Asia (India, Pakistan etc..) where I think it would be very early morning (3AM ish? - I don't have a timezone chart handy).

11 September at the hour the twin towers drop...it's nice if we can still honour the innocent victims that loose their lifes that ****ing day with this auction.

Any Monday-Thursday @ 3:00PM EST (which is 9:00PM here in Norway and most of western Europe). I think more people are active on weekdays than on a Sunday, where some people may take a day off from domaining (I don't. :)). That way noone is asleep when the auction starts/ends.

I second this motion.

Saturdays / Sundays and other holidays are generally a bad idea as people mostly don't want to take away from their family time, hence attendance is usually lower.

It is also necessary to inform all members about this auction - maybe via a link / info box on all pages of the site.

Will set the date and time shortly.

I need to make sure that the auction crew is available.

Thanks,
John
