PHP and MySQL are very related. When you code dynamic webpages in PHP you also use SQL-db's for storing data. I have a couple of PHP learning books and they all contain SQL-stuff as well.
I would look to free sites like WebMonkey.com or Mashable.com first before paying anything.Has anyone ever subscribed to Lynda.com ? They seem to have lots of computer tutorials...(I think it's $25/month to join)
