The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. The highlights include the year's first seven-figure sale, two more 6-figure heavyweights and the best week ever for the .org extension. A pair of ccTLDs also crashed the party on the all extension Top 20 Chart. You can get all of the details here:

Some great and encouraging news for the domain name market. Real Estate, even if it's Virtual Real Estate, is a great investment in today's economy and for the future. Thanks for the report Ron!

How do CashUSA.com ($100,000) and 46.com ($80,000) tie for the #3 spot?

"... two other venues; SnapNames.com and (untainted auctioneer's name deleted).com each placed a pair of names in the Top 20."

Gee, Snapnames' results MUST be credible, otherwise those results wouldn't be published, right? How brain-dead would you have to be in order to believe any auction results provided by Snapnames would not be tainted by shill-bidding? After all, they admiited to it while throwing the alleged perpetrator ("Halverez") under the bus. What's amazing is that an admitted fraudster's auction results would be mentioned along side auction results from auctioneers whose results, thus far, have not proven to be tainted by shill-bidding and fraud.
