Just found your forum, hence this is my first post.

Was wondering if any of you thought there was any value in nickysplace.com. Totally undeveloped.

Welcome hyperi0n. When you purchased the domain name, what were your plans for it, or who did you view as being a potential buyer?

I actually bought it for my wife (Nicky) as she was learning HTML at the time and I thought it would be nice for her to have her own site to play with. Of course that never eventuated so I am thinking maybe I can sell it. It seems to me to be too good to let expire.

Good suggestion goh. Although the subject of the .net website might be a wee bit young to use a credit card just yet, LOL

HAve you thought about posting it on Ebay?
Start with a reasonable bid like $9.99 -$15.99. You could actually use a reserve in case you paid more than this for reg. or its worth more to you. See if it raises any eybrows.

I would do this before renewing it cold turkey. It's a cool name but it has limited resale value as a vanity name.

IPatlas........yes, I thought it was cool name as well. I was hoping someone in the US would tell me NickysPlace was a popular, high class restaurant or coffee shop etc.
