Yes, I know it's a TM name, but I have someone very interested. I've never had an legal problems at all as you cannot buy the car in the USA.

Anyone who's played Gran Turismo or likes fast cars will know about this, probably the coolest car out there right now amongst car fans.

How much do you think I should him for it? He's a president of a company.

You are NOT trying to sell a trademark-infringing domain to a guy (the president of a company) who doesn't know that he's probably going to pay $5,000 for his ownership of this name, ARE you?

priceless!!! ;)

I would hope the domain to be worth at least as much as the cost of a new skyline - well over $50,000

Thanks guys.

I'm thinking 1-5k, although he is may be thinking a few hundred.

Although I get people emailing me almost every day about the car or wanting to buy one, this is the first real inquiry about the Domain name.

I need some money, so I may sell it for a few hundred, but I won't tell him that. ;)

It gets 40-50k overture searches a month. More on Google I think.

That was Nissan USA who sued, Japan did not want any part of it.

Since the Skyline is not available in the USA, there's no reason for them to try and sue me, and they never have since I've had it over a year.

I don't know about the case decision, but wrong things happen.
If his name really was Nissan, only corrupted court or stupid judge
could take the domain name from him.

It was, and still is.

Well, for a while he was apparently linking to car sales affiliates, which didn't do his case any good.

But he's still got the domina. So far.

Update:

Got offered $400 from the guy that emailed me.

He doesn't have enough money, but he was happy I showed him where to get Skylines in Canada.

Anymore offers are welcome.
