MJM- AWESOMEEEE name in my honest opinion. I live in NJ myself and yes, its overpopulated and #2 in home sales. IT also has some of the wealthiest counties in the US, research that.

With some work, you can move this baby for low xx,xxx. But why sell? Make an awesome lead gen/affiliate site site out of this and have affiliates paying for your next home = )
