I sold my last one 199.biz for $750 at SEDO this past week. I had several prime ones, but sold them off a while back. There are less combinations than nnn.biz, but may have less significance. Area codes are one branding possibility. In some cases country codes but that's a long shot. I wouldn't really put a lot of money in these. NNN is where the money is.
