"no domain deletions until march"?

I just went to sign up for Namewinner and found a page stating that there will be no domain deletions until March. Is this true to anyone's knowledge?

True to some extent. Domains are still dropping even some Orgs - but they'll stop soon I think. NameWinner might have been a bit too hasty, or just needed the time to do some upgrades because SnapNames is still picking up some.
