Plenty of noise consultants in UK so looks like a good bet to me !

Requires specific, not necessarily online, marketing and a good sales speech to sell it to an end user. Sounds doable (pun intended). If there are reaaaaally many of them, I would try to monetize by creating a directory and selling listings to noise consultants.
