Nokia is pathetic -- sour grapes, a sore loser.

Lost $836 million --

Now Nokia decides to file a lawsuit against Apple (30 months after iPhone release) --

Nokia's whine sounds similar to a lobster entering a boiling pot of hot water -- a death knell

And Apple --

Well they have $31.1 BILLION in cash in the bank

Nokia needs to get more attentive with mobile users instead of making devices that they think are useful...

This, my friends, is the perfect example of how a company does not research mobile UI.

They will learn from this, and they may indeed, outrank iPhone someday:smilewinkgrin:

Apple obviously pumps does their homework when it comes to R&D.

I was looking at the new 27" iMac last night and salivating. Beautiful piece of work, well thought out, planned, and executed.

Apple has shown the world a thing or two about marketing.

I agree that Nokia has been out of touch with the market in the last 7 years or so. I used to buy Nokia ONLY, from early 1990s until after y2k, but I can hardly find a Nokia phone on the shortlist of my last few purchases. I now use a Blackberry.

Nokia has fallen so much but still have a large market share...image if they had a huge hit product...geesh

What a waste of a company that had the market...they may/will bounce back but never will be what they could or should have been...poor poor R&D.

That bit is from 2007 --

Apple's upgraded iPhones now execute all those functions -- plus, Apple runs a world-class App Store --

Yeah, I know it's far developed past that now but still a good example of how Nokia had Apple and then turned out failing in the end.
