When a buyer post sold and later say he dont want the names or dont pay what action should be taken.

I had only 3 negative sales on DNF in last 2 years. but i have talked to lot of people who have experienced negative sales and anyone who experience such feels bad about it for sometime. It sure is waste of time for all.

I posted few lll .net for sale today. user oracle send me pm asked my cell no and bank details and told me he will transfer money tomorow. i had to say no for those names to few old members, only to later being told by oracle that he no longer wants to buy it. If i leave negative feedback , he may leave me same. why he should not be warned for the same. Names have been sold back to someone else now , but it sure has been waste of time for many people.

Can we have clear rules stated in such kind of situations.

Should it be only a negative feedback or it should be a warning point by admins?

thanks
Scorpio

This is what feedback system is for. If a member continues this behaviour he can be receive infractions/ban.

Retaliatory feedback can be deleted or edited to neutral, unless there is a reason he is giving neg. feedback.

Good point. I've often refrained from leaving anything too negative for fear or receiving retaliatory comments and damaging my own, largely positive feedback. It's good to know that in these instances we can get the retaliatory comments removed!
