This is why I avoid most restaurants....

http://www.witn.com/crime/headlines/43042367.html

Two employees at a North Carolina Domino's Pizza have been fired after posting a video of themselves online. The video shows one of them putting cheese up his nose, passing gas on salami and then making a sandwich with the items.

It happened at a Domino's Pizza in Conover, which is in Catawba County, about an hour north of Charlotte. The employees have been fired.

The video shows the cheese put in one employee's nose ending up on a sandwich. It also shows him pretending to "blow a booger" on those sandwich, according to the other employee videotaping him. The two joke about "Booger Bread" and say if they ever opened their own restaurant, it would be shut down within 24 hours.

The girl taping says the other employee "just farted on salami that goes on these sandwiches."

The video gets worse, when the employee making the sandwiches pulls his pants down, wipes himself with a sponge and then washes dishes.

The female employee says it was a prank, that if it was real she would have never put it on youtube.com and says they never served the food they messed with. But on the tape, she talks about the unlucky customers going to get the food.

Click the related link below to watch the video.

Domino's issued a statement. It reads: "We are appalled by the actions of these individuals and they do not represent the 125,000 hard-working men and women of Domino's Pizza across the country and in 60 countries around the world." The company also said it is "pursuing criminal and legal actions against them."

Below is the e-mail allegedly sent to Domino's Pizza by the female employee who taped her co-worker.

"I am sorry about all of this! It was all a prank and me nor Michael expected to have this much attention from the videos that were uploaded! No food was ever sent out to any customer. We would never put something like that on you tube if it were real!! It was fake and I wish that everyone knew that!!!! Michael never would do that to any customer, EVER!! I AM SOO SORRY! You see all the time of
the pranks that people upload and the pranks need to seem real in order to get a laugh out of people but this prank was very very immature and I am sorry for the embarrassment that I have caused your company!"

Do they do this for all Domino locations but somehow only these two get caught?

We need to switch to PizzaHut?

This is widespread practice - period.

Any and All fast food places have this issue. How many times have we seen this happen? It just happens to be dominoes this time as the Featured Toons!

I have totally stopped eating fast food or take out or delivery. The crap is bad for you to begin with.

This is not restricted to fast food and restaurants in general. I ran a deli and seafood department(s) in a grocery store years ago and it happened then, too.

With me - one incident with this and they were out.

There was a vid a couple of years ago of two Wendy's employees taking a bath in the kitchen sink (huge stainless steel sink) not to mention that was another North Carolina vid.

And who can forget the coffee service dude pissing into the carafe and making coffee for the employees. I think that may have been Charlotte.

That's nothing. When I worked in a grocery store our competitor did the following:

Bleached their white colored fish to make it look fresh (haddock, cod, flounder etc..).
If meat had maggots in it- they ground it up into ground beef (ground chuck).
Mixed raw cold water shrimp (naturally reddish in color) with cooked shrimp to increase their sales numbers (the raw shrimp cost less per pound than same sized cooked shrimp).
Sold dead lobsters and clams
Cooked lobsters that had been dead for a while
Changed expiration dates, even on food that was WAY past the sell-by date (somethings you can do this with - like cheese, but defiantly not most meat products).
When they cleaned their meat room (power sprayer, chemicals etc..) they did nothing to cover up the exposed meat.

He he he...

saw a vid last night of someone washes dishes behind a CeCe's pizza.

He spread them out on the pavement, used a garden hose, and picked up a filthy rag off the pavement to wipe them down, then stacked them up and carried them inside.

Someone at a nearby fast food rest. was waiting in line at the drive thru and shot this with their phone's camera.

The two in the dominoes vids have been arrested and charged. The guy posted bail but the girl remains incarcerated.

The sooner people come to the realization that it is impossible to hide, the more accountable and respectible they will act.

One of the largest college and job recruitment tools is the internet. There are people who scour the internet looking for bad stuff about a potential college recruit or a potential employee.

Imagine about 10 years from now when some of these party wild people run for public office.

That's nothing. When I worked in a grocery store our competitor did the following:
Was this a Food Lion?
