I decided to buy Sedo's appraisal service for a domain since apparently that is needed to sell above a certain amount. However, I discovered no less than 3 bugs in that one little form alone, and I am prevented from passing it unless I create a new Sedo account with an anglicized last name (which I don't want to risk in case it doesn't fly with the bureaucracy or bank side of things).
1) My last name contains a nordic character, which is not invalid if you decide to do business with people from this corner of the world. And even if I wanted to edit it out so your coders don't have to bother with proper UTF-8 support, the 2) last name field can't actually be edited as advised.
3) The form asks for a comment about the domain, indicated to mean traffic stats and so on. But a javascript warns me that the character limit is 10. What is this, Twitter God Mode?
So that's 49.00 $US and a 10% premium domain broker fee you won't see because you outsourced to India, I guess.
