Im considering keeping the domain and building a brand, but I originally purchased it to sell. What are opinions on the value? If its low, I'll brand it instead.

The value is, in principle very difficult to determine, if your site is earns more and more, then it's not wise to sell it until it reaches the maximum price for the site.
