I was interested in one of these but did not make an offer because you said 'serious offers' only and that is very subjective as your opinion on serious and someone else's idea of what that means may differ immensely.

Why not give us all some idea of acceptable prices, perhaps a minimum price or price range, for example. That would also be a great idea to get more offers as some buyers, especially end-users, do not make blind offers in the first place.
