Hey,

Few month ago, I saw that kind of doamins available for sale. It's product domains but are they legal issue free if they are developped for ecommerce?

Case 1 : OfficeShoes.TLD

Yes, there is a brand named "Office" and it's a shoes brand!
What do you think if it was develooped for an ecommerce to sell shoes for office/bureau?

Case 2 : CoachBags.TLD

Coach is a wellknown brand for womens bags, so I think it will be dangrous to build something using that domain name. Don't you think so?
But it's a bit like using the brand frigidaire, jeep (GP) or even freezer on a domain name...

Thanks for your opinions.

I'm no expert but it sounds like trademark infringement to me. You might try searching through TESS, but I would stay away from those domains personally. I'm sure they are trademarked in their respective industries. Again, I'm no lawyer, but that's my personal opinion.
