Old Threads

I've noticed recently that a bunch of really old threads are getting replies all of the sudden. If possible I would recommend locking the auctions that have obviously expired, the old appraisals, etc.

I started replying to one earlier today and all of the suddenly realized it was almost a year old. doh!

We closed a couple of them yesterday because of this. Like its some type of fad now huh .. They will be handled though

maybe old threads can become a different link color after a few months?

Currently we have a hack in place to automatically close the threads that are more then 30 days old.

How old are some of the threads you are referring to?
