For some time now I was thinking ways to to develop this great domain and to be honest I still am.
This is not a kind of a domain that you setup a basic WP website and forget about it, it needs either an enduser to build something out of it or a domainer that knows how to make some money with it.
I would happily be one of those domainers but before walking this path I thought to put it up for a quick sale and make a decebt revenue out of it.
