Yes, its ad supported. basically, from what i read, they redirect the typos (when they cant correct them) to their own network of ads.
I was more interested in the optimizing speed and filtering features though.
Yes, me too. I typically use a squid/dansguardian type of thing for clients networks, but could use something like this for my kids connection instead of the sonicwall I have setup right now with the zillions of rules. Yes, I have a separate connection for the kids rather than risk getting my IPs blocklisted![]()
Does it look to you like there are any privacy issues/concerns with your data?
Also I was curious what any of the domainers thought about the service, in terms of how they handle typos. It would seem to be bad for typo names since it attempts to autocorrect them.
