I have been approached by a company interested in acquiring my domain:

OrderMagnet.com

They are an American company who appear to have been very successful in selling courses and events that teach people how to make money online. They seemed to be well-funded and serious, having recently bought a very high-value domain.

They have emailed and left a voice message, but not made a specific offer.

I need to figure out how I should price it and would very much appreciate any suggestions or advice.

Look for similar domain sales to get an idea of pricing.

Think about their business and how much they could reasonably spend on a domain.

Personally I would ask them to make an offer first. Then I would counter with a fairly full asking price, certainly a lot more than I felt the domain was worth, and then let them counter bid me down, which I would then accept.

Agreed. Invite them to offer "accordingly to domain quality and market conditions, which they should already know". After that, if they are truly interested, it doesn't hurt to counter at a highest reasonable price within your own estimation/expectation.

IMHO you are really lucky, since orderXYZ are rarely considered quality/desirable domains.
