I guess you might want to replace the word "hand" with "script". The good old days when you could snap names by hand were gone since NetSol lost her monopoly. You might want to check out e.g. eNom's Club Drop.

I think you misunderstood what snapnames said.

"If, when deletions are resumed, our service is not able to acquire deleting ORG names, you of course will be welcome to exchange your subscription for a COM or NET domain name."

That doesn't mean that snapnames won't be able to get .ORG names.
