What does it mean "WITH EXT" ?

It means the count with the extension as opposed to without.

For instance go to overture and type in yahoo.com, you will receive the count 11215605, that is the count with the extension (w/ext).

Go back to overture and type in yahoo, you will receive the count 17525532, that is the count without the extension (wo/ext)
