Just ran an experiment to see just how many people search for extensions, or atleast leave a space in the full domain which would still be portional to the number of searches for each. I think it's a pretty good indication of how popular the extensions are in the public's eye. The results are most certainly US driven, but I think they're pretty interesting...

So those that have always said .org is more valuable than .net may be onto something? I was suprised to see .tv ahead of .info/.biz.
