own .com 14 years old, new TM with i

I own a .com 14 years old. Now there is a new tm 2015 with an i in front and a website 2017 with an i in front
Mine is parked. They run big poker tourmanets. I know I have legal rights to use my name with poker but if I start to do the exact same thing (poker tournaments) on mine could there be a problem.
I will have a completly different logo. I just need to be 100% sure.
