Has someone had this idea, that we could great our own registration service I mean ICANN acc. and direct access to registry, then we could register droping domains? Is it a good idea or not? Is it very expensive and would it pay off??

But what do You get for $15k, You get some usernames and passwords for direct access or what?

You get the Accredited by ICANN badge.

 

Sorry, available liquid assets required are significantly higher than $15k. Do some more research before you start soliciting checks.
