Google can point of finger at him and kill his PageRank in two seconds. Worse, his pagerank will change over time and depending on the content. It's actually a bit of a scam if people think PageRank is any form of a permanent and monetizeable attribute. It is fuzzy, perishable, and otherwise highly unstable given the criteria for establishing it.

Best to go to Google and read up on Page Rank before making any purchasing decisions on such domain names:
Important, high-quality sites receive a higher PageRank, which Google remembers each time it conducts a search. Of course, important pages mean nothing to you if they don't match your query. So, Google combines PageRank with sophisticated text-matching techniques to find pages that are both important and relevant to your search. Google goes far beyond the number of times a term appears on a page and examines all aspects of the page's content (and the content of the pages linking to it) to determine if it's a good match for your query.
I mean, it'd be interesting if the guy included a little booklet with each high PageRank domain entitled: "Care and Feeding for Your new High PageRank Domain"... otherwise I imagine that rank will vanish more quickly than it will anyway. :)

You might have uncovered the next "CabbagePatchKid"

INTRODUCING.... the "PageRankPet"!!

It grows and learns based on how you feed and care for it! :)

Advertising your PR domains for sale is a huge mistake. Submit his url to google staff and whatch that PR plummet (if the sites have no value other than residual PR).

I was wondering why he is keeping the names for sale secret. Now I know. Thanx E-Promote!

it is .. trust me

Well ... getting the first one to PR6 is a bit hard .. but once u have that done, it becomes easier.

And then people will try to buy your PR7+ domains and try to mask themselves as not knowing what pagerank is!

meh ... the entire pagerank thing is over-rated. Getting good results in search engines and getting SALES is what anyone should bother with.

So I did a few searches to see how well his PR was helping www.coursetv.com...

Domain Name: "courses tv"
- no results
Page Title: "wait no more"
- no results
Page Keywords "refull kits" and "bulk inks"
- no results

Site Name: "Printer Refilling Station"
- Interesting. printerrefillingstation.COM comes up #1 and printerrefillingstation.NET comes up #6. All three sites are virtually the same thing but are still being indexed by Google.

It is easy to write that. To get to PR6 for most commercial sites means at least 300 hours of work is required. You call this easy? Then you have no idea about what you are talking.

I am simply voicing my opinion.

Getting dmoz and yahoo sets you easily at PR4 or PR5 ... build up some nice content, make nicely targetted link exchanges, and it WILL work out.

I apologize if I sounded arrogant ... not my intention - my aim was that such things are usually slapped around by google [searchKing anyone].

Personally when I see how high PR a sie can get, I look at the leading site - most times you can either match that PR or have a PR one step lower.

Then again, the real focus should be on the actual search results [and sales!] :D
