I have been parking with Sedo for a while and I got an email from sedo regarding some traffic issue on domains that have good and real traffic and have a high cash per clicks. Apperntly Sedo doesnt make as much as they are paying me out so they are complaining.
The problem is that Sedo does not match the keywords they pay a lot for with those that Google/yahoo pays a lot for and the other way around.

So for example in the field of domain names, I think the highest paying keyword on google is "register domains", google pays $7 but sedo gives you 30 cents or something like that, but in exchange maybe a term like "register a new domain name" which doesnt pay a lot on google pays $5 on sedo, so why would I pick the term that pays a lot on google to make Sedo rich when I can pick a term that makes me money..obviously thats a mistake by Sedo, and I spent hours every day since their new keyword thing in august to try new keywords on 1000s of domains.
If Sedo is too lazy to update keyword values or doesnt want to hire new people to do some work thats not my mistake. Dont blame me because you are incompetent.

It's one of those questions that will eventually lead to auditing and regulation of the domain parking industry. Since August Sedo dropped the PPC for a particular keyword 5 times (!) the amount. Their response: we were paying too much for that keyword.

Another scandalous response.

Back in August I noticed that someone on a low traffic banking domain had typed in "E banking" and I got a $15 click (15? yes, $15)..so I changed a couple of high traffic banking domains that were set to online banking or something like that to E Banking (same ads anyway)..I made a lot of money for about 2 days..then the cpc dropped to 10,8,5,3,2,1, and now 50 cents....its looks a little to me like they are trying to trick you into keywords they are getting a lot of money for before dropping it to a joke level...

Im currently involved in possible Class Action against Sedo for this reason and others...so far so good...

I feel like I was duped by Sedo...(wrong person to screw), just my personal feelings at this point...but give me a few days to see what the Class Law Firm and their investigator comes up with...If I can post without being sued, I'll post the results...

I have a very nice savings account and if it cost me all of it I will spend it to get the justice I feel Sedo deserves....

I wouldn't mind seeing Sedo forced out of the damn business...just my 2 cents

I chose Class Action over going solo because Class Action usually results in many times more cost for the defendant.

Two of the places this Class Law Firm is looking to valuate the case is on here and namepros.com...so let it out!
