I recently created a very simple direct advertising system, where I can swap out the AdSense code on my websites for direct advertising banners, the banners usually read "lease this space", or something to that accord. To boot, the banners are complete with ecommerce credit card processing features. Essentially it's just a beefed up PayPal buy it now button, and it works. Anyways, I know that this has been done before, but it got me thinking about direct advertising features on PPC parking pages. Obviously PPC companies would have no interest in integrating a direct advertising system into their templates, but imagine if under every PPC ad on the template [or something along those lines], there was a very small subtle anchor text link that read "lease this ad space for 1 month" [or 3 months, or whatever]. When someone clicks that link, they are then forward to a checkout system to purchase the ad space, and upload their ad details [banner or text]. Obviously the publisher sets the rates, and makes sure that they are on par or above PPC rates.

After I was done laying out the plan for this in my mind, I thought damn, if a PPC company integrated a direct advertising system into their templates as an additional revenue feature, and even if they charged a small monthly fee for using that system, I would definitely consider it, especially considering I have domains that are notorious for bringing in huge traffic, and 0.02 clicks. Furthermore, I always hear people in this forum and across the web complaining about not being paid enough for their parking traffic. Every time I hear that, I can't help but wonder how many advertising opportunities I'm missing out on by not being able to advertise my website direct off of their parking page, and without getting fleeced by a middle man.

Anyways, curious on what people think about this idea, and if anyone knows whether anything close to this exists?
