You guys need to contact the ParkitNow support before branding them as scammers here! You should know what impact on a company such claims could have. I am not an affiliate of ParkitNow but I believe they are professionals in the business!
Just my 2 cents

1) Don't throw the word "scam" around unless you have proof someone is actually scamming you.

2) Its barely the middle of September, maybe learn how to read their policies and so some research before you start slandering them.

This sub-forum is getting ridiculous with people complaining about "scams" and getting banned from PPC companies.

Sir,I think we have proofed! These are their news:

September 15, 2006: The Aug net 45 Day pay period has been made via Paypal Mass Payment for all accounts with Tax information and earnings of $25 or more. The next pay period will be Net 15 day Sept payments and will take place between the 5th and 15th of October.

September 6, 2006: Payments for August have been sent out via Paypal Mass Payment for all accounts with Tax information and earnings of $25 or more. This was for all Net 15 systems. Remember in order to get paid we must have your Tax information. The next payments sent out will be for July Net 45 day payments. Any non paid earnings with updated Tax info will be paid at this time. This is expected to take place on or around September 15th.

But I haven't got the payment.Do you think it is a scam?

Let me try to clear up a couple of things for you guys here.
1) ParkItNow.com is NOT A SCAM. We are a business and have certain rules to follow concerning tax and accounting like every other business.
2) The TAX ID is asked for on the signup screen.
3) We have mentioned the tax id thing over and over in our news section on our site and tell you right upfront that payments WON'T be sent until we have this info. So make sure you have YOUR COUNTRY'S TAX ID in our system. To do this, go to the ParkItNow.com website and click the "Customer Login" link (top right). Then click the "Edit Your Registration" link (2nd link on right side) after logging in. Fill in the "W8/W9 Government Tax ID/SSN".
4) Once we have a correct tax id YOU WILL get paid in the next MASS PAYPAL cycle. Your previous earning WILL NOT BE LOST.
5) To check on your monthly earnings and payments click the "View Your Balance" link from the same screen mentioned above (right after login).
6) We do 2 payments each month (usually). I'll explain below:

Different parking services make payments in different time frames. For example Domain Sponsor, Parked.com, Gold Key, Active Audience, Traffic Z, etc and some of our internal listing pay us NET 15 days.

Skenzo, KlickerZ, Parking Dots and some internal listings (google) pay us on NET 45 day terms.

Now instead of holding back payments until we have received both Net 15 & Net 45 payments (like Traffic Club) we pay you basically when we get paid. In other words we aren't sitting on your money for an extra month.

Skenzo & KlickerZ almost always pay us on the 15th of the month (unless a weekend). So this payment is almost always paid on the 15th of the month.

Traffic Z, Gold Key, Domain Sponsor (and otheres mentioned above) pay us anywhere from the 5th to the 10th of the month USUALLY, even though the payment is technically not due until the 15th of the month. Most people's earnings on the Net 15 day come from internal listings for men's health and casino/gambling domains OR from Domain Sponsor. Generally speaking we make this payment the same day we receive the Domain Sponsor payment (our biggest payment in this section).

We get paid via PAYPAL for both Domain Sponsor and Skenzo payments. Since we also make payments via paypal there is no wait time for funds to clear. Once the money hits our paypal account we do the mass payments to our customers usually within an hour or two of getting paid.

So the main thing to keep in mind that is confusing for some people is the difference between the NET 15 and NET 45 day payments. Simple example:
Earning for Sept for say Domain Sponsor will most likely be made Oct 8th to 10th but should occur no later then the 15th (hasn't happened yet). Earnings for Skenzo in Sept will be paid on Nov 15th (net 45).

Needless to say, I hate to see the word "SCAM" associated with ParkItNow.com. I don't react "badly" to things like this and don't take it personally, because it goes with the turf in online businesses BUT do try to show why things are the way they are and show that we are in this for the long haul and try to run a legitimit business that helps us all to earn more from our parked domains. I also appreciate those who have mentioned in the threads that they have gotten paid to show that we do in fact make the payments!

I know a bunch of people have asked us why we don't have our own section here at DNF. One of the requirements is that the service has an affiliate program. Since we do not have an affiliate program we don't meet this requirement. I can say with 99% accuracy we will never have an affiliate program either.

I covered this a message or two above concerning why you wouldn't have received payment yet (Tax ID issue).

Also worth mentioning (why I'm replying to this message).

Not all of Aug earnings will/should be paid yet. It depends on the provider. In a nut shell everything would be paid for Aug except for Skenzo, KlickerZ and Parking Dots. These are net 45 day parking services. Payments on these services won't happen until Oct 15 (45 days after end of month).

would be nice if you had an option to "contact us" on your website...
I looked for hours and could not find any way to contact you or support or anything.... I'm trying to fill in the tax form but I click submit form and nothing happens......
I think I've seen enough of parkitnow and I think I will now remove my test domains from your program... so you can go ahead and unparkthemnow... I don't think I have seen such a ridiculous interface for a parking site... and the earnings were very poor... I think I earned a couple of bucks...

Please send these earnings to a charity and close my account as I don't think you can quite cut it... my username is talkhost

Sorry to hear it Talkhost.

There is a meesage system built right into the website. It more or less works just like a Private Messages do here in the forums. You can access this multiple ways:

1) There is also a "message" icon, (top right) that appears right after logging in.
2) On the main menu (right window) there is a bold "(contact support)" link right under the "Email & Messaging" section.
3) At the bottom of the screen is a "Contact US" link.

I've now had over a hundred people fill in the combination of both forms so I do know they are working (at least for most people). The only thing I can think of is that maybe your browser doesn't support javascript or it's turned off??? It does use javascript to check to make sure certain fields are filled in so you don't submit a form that's missing data.

ParkItNow.com is a very advanced system, no question about that. There are a lot of menu choices on the main login page. However, they are nicely grouped into subsections and most people will only see (General Membership, Domain Parking, Auction) unless they are using other services or are part of our beta team and then they will have more options. It should be very easy to find what ever your looking for right from the main menu after logging in. Keep in mind ParkItNow.com isn't just a "parking service". It's a parking service (internal listings), split-testing service to find the best service for each domain, domain and website auction service (every bit as good as eBay), messaging service, escrow service, micro-payment gateway, and more so you will probably have more menu choices then you are used to.

The system is all built around an advanced core that allows me to develop and plug in new services that all clients can then use without having to "signup" again. All of these services are integrated. So yes, there are many "options" but it's not really hard to navigate the site.

For parking, once you have registered you can immediately upload a batch list (or individually) all your domains. Then just change your DNS servers and it starts working automatically. It's really not that hard!

Also besides modifying tax or registration details you can "live" in the parking menu subset and this is very straight forward.

I can always be reached through the message system on ParkItNow.com or my email address [email protected] or via PM on the many forums I visit. For anyone earning $50 or more a day I give them an emergency phone number that allows them to get a hold of me personally 24/7. Having a general use phone number which anyone could call just didn't work very well as people abused it like crazy! However, if someone has an issue that would be easier to handle on the phone they can shoot me a message if they are in the US or Canada with a brief message and phone number and I will call them back to help.

I'm not sure how you could say your earnings were "poor". You had a total of 28 page visits to all three of your domains combined since 9/6. With such low traffic (not even talking clicks) the system will take a while to figure out which parking services will earn you the most money. It has thus far only started to test your domains against Domain Sponsor and Skenzo and hasn't had enough traffic to test against other parking providers. It has however shifted traffic for each of your domains based on what it's seen so far, for these domains and the two providers. Of course the margin of error will be high with this little amount of traffic but the optimize process runs every few hours (not once a month like other "split-testers") so it's constantly learning and adjusting your domains. Also once you put a decent amount of domains on the system (or one high earning domain) you'll build up a nice "average daily balance" which will cause your account to move up to higher tiered commissions which will exceed what you could get directly from the providers yourself.

With only 28 visits on 3 domains I think you would be hard pressed to try and judge any parking service. It can take far more traffic just to figure out the highest paying keywords on the site. Then consider that ParkItNow.com sends traffic to multiple providers. Each of these need to optimize the keywords. Assuming each individual provider has optimized your domain (or we hand optimized it) then we can really start to learn things about your domain and optimize it based on time of day, geographic location of visitor, day of the week, browser type, proxy user (including AOL or cell phones/pda), etc... and start getting the most out of every visitor.

Is ParkItNow.com for everyone? Of course not, but with a little patience anyone with a decent size domain portfolio will make a lot more from it. So I'd suggest before you "kiss off" ParkItNow.com try a couple of high traffic domains (if you have any) for a week and watch how the system adjusts and the daily earnings climb. You'll then get a good idea of what your lower traffic domains will do over time. Also keep in mind the end result with all your domains will be higher then the "test" because all your traffic/earnings together will probably put you in higher and higher tiered commissions which benefit all your domains and not just the "big earners".

I didn't really mean for this to come off as a sales pitch but you're missing out on a lot by only trying a few light traffic domains and not flexing the system at all. And this is only talking about the parking part of our system.

OK, I'll give it a shot with some higher traffic domains and see how it goes.
In the meantime, can you look in to why I cannot submit the tax form? I get to the second submit stage but nothing happens.
Cheers

Do me a favor Jim and try the tax form again. If you happen to have a 2nd or 3rd browser installed you could try that also. If it still give you a problem send me a PM with a phone number and good time to call.

Other then a possible javascript issue I can't think of anything that would cause this as it's pretty simple.

That's it now.

Seems the problem is with the firefox browser I use. Tried it with IE and it worked first time....

Now to try out some higher traffic names :) I'll add some in the next few days.

Thanks for the help

Cayars is a gentleman. He had approached me directly today regarding my payment for parkitnow. He had offered me several payout options in chatroom in private. I am impressed by his seriousness in business. I am sure its a minor misunderstanding and cayars will get it solved.

OK Talkhost, I see your information and all is good. Thanks for the heads up on the browser issue. I'll check on that.

Thanks for the kind words Gilbert. I try pretty hard! I try and always put myself in the "other guys" shoes when making decisions (at least as much as possible).

It's unfortunate but most of the threads here about ParkItNow.com have "negative forum titles". But when you read through them, you see I try and get things resolved and try to do the right thing.

Some of the "loudest voices" tend to be from scammers who try and use the forums to intimidate parking services. It's as if they complain loudly you'll overlook the fraud and still pay them. NOT. :( Then there's the first major "famous" thread about ParkItNow.com http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=134867&highlight=parkitnow. It's pretty clear now in hind-site the motivation Slim had with that thread. But he came, stole customers and ended up screwing a bunch of people out of payments. Most of the customers with a clue came back and now are pretty loyal. Some are now so loyal they are jointly buying domains with me as "shares" and helping me test new additions to the system (alpha & beta testing) for things other then parking which are on the horizon for all customers.

I try and help people with issues not running through my system but directly with other parking providers since I know so much about them and I try and defend those parking services when other people make negative comments I know aren't true.

What goes around, comes around...

Hi cayars,
I contacted you via contact form at parkitnow few week ago, but never got any replay.

1) Do I really really have to fill in tax information? I live outside of US and don't have any connection with US so I don't have any tax ID... I submited that tax form at parkitnow and choosed option "I don't have TAX ID" so I was wondering if there is anything else I should do about it?

2) How can I see total revenue for this month? When I go to "View Your Balance" it says "Total Credit in your account for this Period $0.00", but when I go to reports and look last 25 clicks it shows that I receive few clicks every day...

3) Does "Click Earnings" in "PIN Last 25 Clicks" shows total earnings from advertiser or only percentage I earned?

Thank You

Hmm, I don't remember getting anything from you but I could be wrong. Someone else pointed this out to me yesterday and there is a problem that I need to fix. At the very bottom of the screen there is a "contact us" link. For some reason this isn't working 100% of the time. It's using a web component that sends an email. This was the "historical" contact form and probably got a little busted with a change. I'm going to remove this altogether as it's not needed.

However there is a link called "User Message Base (contact support)" right in the middle of the page on the right side. This is more or less like PMs here in the forum and gets saved to a database. This works 100% of the time and I get notified at login whenever a message is sent to me.

So I apologize for not getting the message if you used the "contact us" link. If you used the actual message (PM style) system do me a favor and check your outbox to make sure you actually sent it as that should never get lost.

1) Yes you do need to fill out the tax information page but it's super simple. Since you are not in the US just choose the "Foreign Publisher with no US Activities" link. The form will be pre-populated with your registration information. Just double check that the information is correct and electronically "sign" it by typing your full name at the bottom of the form and click submit. You will not need to input any tax information at all. Your just agreeing to the fact that you don't live in the US or have any US Activities. It will take under a minute to do as it's simple.

2) I think I understand what you are saying on this. I'll need to emulate your login and check it at. It's probably that the daily report isn't showing a couple of small feeds that get used on some domains. You would still get paid on these as it shows in the click report (used by xml feeds and not parking services) but may not show in the daily report. I'll take a look at mod the daily report so it will show under the PIN heading.

3) This is your actual earnings. So what you see there is 100% yours. When ever we show you numbers in any of the reports it is always 100% your earnings.

I wasn't planning on doing any code work today but I may slip these two quick fixes/changes in if I can make time. Otherwise I'll have these done tomorrow.

Thanks for the heads up on both issues.
