reply from TrafficClub regarding Mays late payment :

Hello,

There is a delay in payments due to a traffic quality audit by our partner
that must be resolved first, and then payments will need reported and
approved by our banks.

Unfortunately we do not have a specific ETA on when this will be complete.

on top of everything RPC has been way down this month with no signs of improvement

Yes RPC down here too. They mentioned that stats for July 11th where going to be re-audit but have not seen anything. RPC is low that day for me comparing to the rest of the month and previous months.

Think they plan to readjust past payments to match the "system upgrade" pay rate? I wonder why theres no rep here to explain whats going on.

Until a rep shows up, I'll make announcements. Here the first one:

We are stiffing you for 40% of your income, and were not telling you why. We'll just give you a cock and bull story about "domains with good traffic" getting an increase. We think you are stupid enough to believe it. Oh... We are also holding back your due payments and not telling you why. Its our money, not yours. If you dont like it, screw off.

Folks - both google and skenzo had a fraud audit which was completed on Monday. Payments have been processing ever since and you will receive them. we are sorry for the delay and this was out of our control.

Also you should see landing page and revenue improvements since the big upgrade last week. it takes 10 - 15 days for the pages to repopulate.
