If you have received this email do not click on the link it won't bring you to paypal website.
I'e just forwarded it to the real paypal fraud team.

Yes, on a weekly basis at least. Whenever I get anything like that I view the source where you can see the actual URL for the link in the email. If it's not a legitimate address for the company thats sending the email, I always forward it to thier fraud department.

Funny thing is, seems like they don't do anything because the emails keep coming, and ussually from the same place...

Receive them on almost daily basis :) Just hit spam and trash...

I receive them almost every week. I got scared the first time, but then I went to my paypal account and it was OK, so I realized this was some sort of a scam.

Besides talking to paypal and ebay(I get ebay emails all the time) I talk to the hosting company.

I get this every 2 days.
I know some people who have fallen into this but now this is too common that no one believes.
