Paypal Premium and Paypal Business account?

Which one I should use?

Can I have both?

Pretty much the same thing but Business Account is in your business' name, Premier Account uses your personal name.

What is the difference between Personal, Premier, and Business accounts?

Personal accounts are for individual use only, and include our core features.

Premier and Business accounts are charged a modest fee to receive payments, and include our premium features, such as the ability to accept credit card payments and the PayPal Shopping Cart.
