Wanted: Service paypal to turkish bank account transfer

I have heard there is one spesific web site who accept paypal paymet %2,4 ratio and transfer to your bank account for the cost of 30 usd. I can not find this site on internet even though i search.

It maybe very helpful for those who living outside of the paypal covering countries. I live in Turkey so i want my paypal transfer to my turkish bank account. I hope to find this web site.

But people try to seel the url for money. He does not say the url and asks money. I think i still need help to solve this mistery.
