I've attempted quite a few times to get in contact with a support representative over the phone, but no one is ever there!
The phone support system had me wait on a 10 minute line as if I would be connected to a representative before it decided to repeat the office hours implying that they are closed. However, it's 7:57 PM EST, which is well within their hours of operation.
I sent an email to Moniker on the 28th of December and never got a response.
Is there a direct line I can use?
