Wanted: Service PHP help

Being new to PHP I really don’t know what I am doing. But that didn’t stop me from making some changes and messing things up.

After making my changes I now get this error

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '{' in /home/content/f/a/t/fateddies2007/html/eng.php on line 109

I only have a few more changes to make, along with fixing this error, so please contact me using the pm system. If you could also include a ballpark figure
