yes Tom, it seems he has trouble with the concept of "buyer pays fees".

I think you have done the right thing here, if it was me I wouldn't push the last name until full payment was received.

So just return him money everything fixed, whats the problem ?
Anyway you could open personal account as it is useful for cases like these. I think everyone here has 2 accounts...

I bought lot of doamins from raymond in the past and it was always great - no cheating, straight guy. He might have gotten some of your LLL.com spams so maybe he does not like you much, you know...

Seems like a misunderstanding nothing intentional. If he agrees, split the difference and end it happy for both parties.

Personally I wouldn't be in a hurry to do anything until, if I was the seller, I had been paid under pre-agreed terms as indicated. Sure, send over the three and wait for what you're owed until you push the fourth.

You are always complaining about something or other ... Personally i would never buy a domain from you even if it was Buy 1 Get 22 Free .. Nor would i take the time to read 47 pm spam's from you either. Maybe you should just take a break from domains all together since everyone is out to get you and screw you over and come back when you are over the age of 12.

Unless the OP explicitly mentions in the sales thread that buyer pays PP fees, there is no obligation to pay a fee, even if they subsequently request it. Otherwise, the sale is null and void if the terms change.

So that's okay is it? Someone blatantly breaks a contract over a few bucks and the OP should take your advice and ignore it? It's a matter of principle Denny, and you don't seem to be offering much professional-sounding advice here.

Well - check my yesterday's sales thread:
http://www.dnforum.com/f5/erratic-n...-piuz-com-25-wqsj-com-10-a-thread-266967.html

Buyer unable to read - I refunded him and waited 20 minutes for another buyer to come. Thats because I knew my merchandise is good. Of course if you sell crap and some random buyer comes you might want to waste hour or two for PM discussion, because you know there miught be no more any buyer...

The merchandise isn't in question. There's no 'caveat emptor' implicit here. I suggest you review the thread so that you can understand that it's not a problem related to dyslexia.

Well - buyer did not notice he has to pay the fees, paid without fees, was reminded later but rejected. Now seller should automatically return money, tell him "Fok you loser" and move on - sell it to the next bidder. Not start wasting hours with PMing nonsense.

Dnforum is like flea market FFS...

I'm going to move on Denny. You are talking your usual disparaging nonsense. You lower the tone for everyone here when you talk about "flea markets". To some of us, this is a serious business.

Ok guys,
I am back on a PC Now.

The point is it was an auction format. pkguy won the auction for 4 domains.
I do not keep logs of previous bidder, all I have is a txt file with a list of names, the winning bidders, and their bids.

It defeats the point of dnforums Auctions section. I wanted to sell my domains auction style, I did. It is extra effort for me to rerun another auction, and who know I might get a completely different price this time around.

I'd rather just get pkguy to pay what he owes (which I feel I have a right to do considering he agreed to the auction terms in the form of his bid).

What is more is I have been extremely leniant, and flexible. I have offered him multiple payment options, so he has no excuses. He doesnt have to pay fees (gcheckout). He is thus making a problem out of nothing.

I appreciate the 'everybody' has two paypal accounts argument, however I have accounts everywhere. Another one is just more extra effort which is not worth it for me as noone has ever had a problem adding the fees (per terms).

Thanks for the opinions guys.
Tom

Just an update,
pkguy has made the extra payment to avoid argument.

I felt I was right, yet he thought he was right.
It is great to see that given a little pressure he was able to see sense.
I respect people like that. Those who can realise their mistakes.

Please close/delete this thread, as pkguy doesnt need negative publicity as such.
