IMHO a dotcom would certainly be valuable, but the .in extension kills 99% of the value

I think Katherine has hit the nail on the head there... :)

Is a 'toy' always a physical product?.. I think the answer has
to be yes, as any virtual 'toy' is invariably referred to as a
game.

It is an interesting thought that the definition of 'toy' could be
redefined, perhaps at some point in the future, but currently
EVERYONE's understanding of that word is that it relates to a
physical product.

Unfortunately, these .in domains hold very little value at the moment. I bought one a few months ago; a generic, high-value household appliance term, for peanuts. I'm expecting to renew it for at least five years before I see a return.
