The both sound ok, though I'm not sure what they'd be used for.

I wouldn't want to put dollar figures on them though. What do reasonable 4 char names go for these days? $50?

fileload.com - I can't see any use for it so I can't really give it a value either.

Can't see much value in these domain names.

pesk.com - $10-$20 maybe
fileload.com - $5-$15 maybe.
