And it's possible that some of those German words turn out to be quite good. I only remember a little of my German classes in high school. They might have some value, but the German speaking market is a small subset of the English speaking market on the web right now. The .de names by their nature are going to have a very limited target audience. But you'd be better off asking German speakers if they think they are good or not and how much they'd be willing to pay.
