It's unfortunate that the non-plat member couldn't post but you set the condition "Post Saved" - that was met by Beshop so you should honour his post.
Another reason why platinum membership is advantageous.

I think by bringing this out in the open and stating your dilemma, it shows you are honest and want to do the right thing. I think you will be alright no matter which direction you take.
