please help with registrar

I have a single domain in this registrar that I cant access whatsoever.

The site is constantly down.
I even got an email from them 3 days ago as a reminder to renew.
Its been stuck there for almost a year.
apparently they are affiliated with dotster.

thats what their email says. it is not accessible (even with www in front).

Can anyone help?

Dotster has some problem registrars (as has Pool) I have a domain caught bt Namewinner and it's reg'd with shop4domain.com and I have been waiting for login information since October 2003 - it's appalling!

Contact Dotster support and make it their problem.

I'll contact them, but they'll probably refer me back to them...
This wasnt a caught domain, I bought it at ebay almost a year ago, and it was hand regged (although, like I mentioned, the registrar works out of dotster).
amazing thing is, they sent me an email with that address in it, and apparently it works (doesnt bounce), but there is no web site there...

Yes Contact Dotster or NameWinner - That is the reason we quit using NameWinner a long time ago. I think you can try - [email protected] or if all else fails write the owner of Dotster at [email protected] - That might get their attention. Good Luck - Steve

the weird thing is that i got an email 3 days ago from them, using their onlinedomainzone.com address asking me to renew!!!

this domain was bought at ebay, so I assume it was hand regged.
The domain is a typo,

Just FYI, Clint is the CEO, not the owner. Dotster is owned by CAS Holdings, Inc., an employee-owned company.
