I know they are free and selling them for $10, $30 or $50 would be nice, but nobody wants them, and not at that price!!!

.info in the main is worthless just now with all the trading going on, unless you have an extremely good name, but guess what, most of us did not wait until they were free to register all the good ones!

DNForum should really split the sales forums into each of the TLDs. I mainly buy com & org, with the occasional net & cc or very rare us, biz, or info. If sellers had to split their sales by TLD, then it would be much easier for me to find the domains I want.

Of course, what would make it even BETTER is if everyone posted their domains into the auction system (where starting price = asking price), and the auction was searchable by TLD, expiration date, registrar, etc. But I may be dreaming here.

I totally agree with the concept of splitting by TLD, that woul make it so much easier to find what you want without trudging through those you are not interested in.

Nice! Going to register a couple. Whats the limit btw?

Edit: It still says .99. Do I have to still put in credit card information? Then it just gives it to me for free?

yes at this point on one place i know .info is free to register but most of the good stuff is gone so its now worth something, just about every place else charges 6 to 12 bucks so if i registered mine prior to them registering for free mine are still worth something and trust me i got some goodies

It was free at DomainSite.com, now it's .99... However, it appears to be free at Dotster.com.
