Looks like a directory. I would make the header area a lot smaller and put the name of the directory in it.

The Alexa rank in the title will be meaningless to visitors, or am I missing the point about directories...you're not actually expecting real people to use it?

When there's a billion directories out there, why make another? (I've asked this question a couple of times here but never had an answer).
