As for the Arrow, I would think if you change to a hand using a cloth, beside the house is a better choice ?

keep it simple

I like #1 with your logo. (it says what you do very clearly)
you can always add a slogan later if you need one.

yeah I agree with acro. You can try for a better logo than the current one

Hello, I prefer the logo with the black background, more professional in my eyes.

White logo, the outline around the lower text is starting to bubble and narrow the words, or so it seems.
I would suggest not to use the obvious like hands, the human form in simple logo's are not pretty. I would suggest staying with the arrow!

Also you could add some depth to 'Clean Biz' but it's fine.

Actually, Acro's point about the clipart thing, yeah is a bit.
Not sure what the type face is, but Rounded is rather fetching.

I can speak for myself (and probably Acro as he has a testimonial on her site) that Tia Wood (a member of this forum) is a great logo designer. She is able to capture what you are trying to convey, has a multitude of options, gives revisions and fits your color scheme. I've used her for I think 5 logo's so far and will continue to use her for my professional sites.
